Delivery of a range of nationally regulated training courses including Health and Safety in the Workplace, Fire Safety and Manual Handling.

Audits and reviews of management systems to ensure compliance with local and national legislation and guidance. Including Health and Safety; Training, Recruitment and Induction; Safeguarding; Policies and Risk Management.
HR MANAGEMENT
Support with recruitment, training and induction including advertisement, application process, shortlisting, interviewing, induction and training.
GOVERNANCE SUPPORT
Support for Governing Boards, Chairs and individuals including reviewing roles, responsibilities, self-evaluation and training development.
HEALTH AND SAFETY SUPPORT & ADVICE
Development and management of the Health and Safety system including policies, risk assessments, staff training, diary system, audits and compliance in line with local and national legislation and guidance.
POLICY MANAGEMENT
Development and management of policies. Researching, writing, and reviewing in accordance with local and national legislation and guidance.
